1.How do I know which size will fit me best?

See the size guide given along side each of our products. The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size. Our silhouettes are easy and comfortable. They are not meant to be tight fitting. They are meant to take the shape implied by your body. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to us at

We consider the complete lifecycle of a product in our designs. In keeping with our commitment towards minimalism and sustainability, we design our products to be as low maintenance as possible. However, each product is unique and may require different care. Attached to each product is a care label that will provide you with care instructions to maintain the quality of your item.

4.How do I change or cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled or changed if it has not been shipped already. To cancel or change an order, please email immediately with your order number. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll cancel/change it if it has not been shipped out.


5.What do i do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Orders with invalid addresses may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please email immediately.

After an order has been delivered to the specified shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

9.How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of Rs. 50 plus service tax across India and a flat fee of Rs. 500 plus service tax for international deliveries. 

10.When will i receive my order?

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within India. 11.I am not able to choose my country of delivery. What do i do?

12.What is your return policy?

In case you need to return your purchase, please write to us at We will arrange a pick up from your address.

  1. You can return your items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  2. We accept products in unused condition with original tags attached for a full refund.
  3. Return shipping will have to be borne by you.  

Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to not accept returns in case product is found to be used or damaged.

13.What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

If you wish to exchange something for a different size or colour, please return the original product(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Our return policy will be applicable. 

14.When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email confirming your refund.
