When will i receive my order?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within India.
What do i do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Orders with invalid addresses may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please email contact@iamsaltpetre.com immediately.

What if my package is lost?
Please email contact@iamsaltpetre.com. After an order has been delivered to the specified shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I am not able to choose my country of delivery. What do I do?

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across India. For international deliveries, the fee will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and any import duties / taxes will need to be borne by the customer.
What is your return policy?
In case you need to return your purchase, please write to us at contact@iamsaltpetre.com. We will arrange a pick up from your address. You can return your items within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Returns / exchanges are not acceptable on international orders. We accept products only in unused condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to not accept returns in case product is found to be used or damaged.
What if I need to exchange something?
If you wish to exchange something, please return the original product(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Our return policy will be applicable.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email confirming your refund.
